At SAZ, every garment is thoughtfully made-to-order just for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

We offer returns in the form of store credit only for products purchased in standard sizes.

Please note that customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Size Exchanges & Alterations

Size exchange or alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

For both domestic and international orders, customers are required to bear the return shipping cost for alterations.

As each piece is created uniquely, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Alterations

In case you require alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
