All content on these websites — including but not limited to images, designs, silhouettes, embroidery patterns, text, graphics, logos, videos, layout, and branding elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of SAZ and I•Ka respectively.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, resale, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Electronic Communication & Consent

By using our websites or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us via:

• WhatsApp

• Phone

Such communication shall satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

3. Product Nature & Made-to-Order Policy

All garments under SAZ and I•Ka are made-to-order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

SAZ

• Returns are offered in the form of store credit only for standard-size products.

• Customised pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

• Size exchange or alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

I•Ka

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, as production begins specifically for the customer.

Alterations may be facilitated at the sole discretion of the brand.

We reserve the right to determine production commencement timelines.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization. In case of failed transactions, we are not obligated to hold inventory or production slots.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a chargeback:

• We reserve the right to provide order records, communication logs, and production proof to the payment gateway or financial institution.

• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

• Legal recovery of losses may be pursued where applicable.

6. Sizing, Fit & Color Disclaimer

Sizing may vary depending on cut, fabric, craftsmanship, and design structure.

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and providing accurate measurements.

Slight variations in:

• Color (due to lighting or screen resolution)

• Hand embroidery placement

• Fabric texture

shall not be considered defects.

Made-to-order handcrafted garments may carry minor artisanal irregularities, which are intrinsic to the craft process.

7. Delivery Timelines

SAZ

• Domestic (India): 10–15 working days

• International: 20–25 working days

I•Ka

• Domestic (India): 20-25 working days

• International: 30–35 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

• Measurement confirmation delays

• Incomplete payment

• Incorrect shipping information

• Logistics disruptions

• Customs clearance

• Force majeure events

We shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Shipping & Duties

Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. All customs duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Alteration-related return shipping costs (domestic & international) are borne by the customer.

Failure to clear customs or refusal to accept delivery will not qualify for refunds.

9. Sale & Promotional Policy

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or alterations.

• Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Advance payments for discounted or sale merchandise are non-refundable.

10. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion

• Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

• Limit quantities purchased per customer

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SAZ or I•Ka, their directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Delays caused by third-party service providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Pandemic-related disruptions

• Strikes

• Logistics failures

• Acts of God

13. Country of Origin

All products under SAZ and I•Ka are proudly made in India.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
